SHIPPING POLICY
Australia Shipping:
We ship Australia Wide. Please check your shipping cost on check out, as this may vary state to state.
Our team endeavour to dispatch orders (without personalisation) within the same or following business day, however it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from date of purchase for any orders placed with personalisation to be shipped out within Australia.
New Zealand Shipping:
We now ship to most Regions in New Zealand.
If you are unable to checkout with your order, please contact us for a price for shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of personalised items. All our products are personalised especially for you, (thats why you love us). Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non refundable.
It goes without saying, that if items are faulty or damaged we can assist in arranging a replacement. Please contact one of our Customer Support members at luxekidsc@gmail.com.
